The Wiring Depot ships orders Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays. We strive to ship your order in three business days or less. In the rare event that we are temporarily out of stock on a product, one of our customer care representatives will contact you and inform you of the order’s ship date.
Wiring Depot uses UPS for shipping most orders. If you have a collect UPS account number you would like us to use, please contact us by email at customerservice@wiringdepot.com and we will assist you with entering your order. Our website shopping cart calculates your order’s shipping & handling cost; based on our current UPS ground rates.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from customer service informing you of your order’s UPS tracking number. This gives you the option to track your order as it is in transit at www.ups.com.

Returns
We want you to buy with confidence anytime you purchase products on the wiringdepot.com website. That is why we guarantee your purchase. The condition of the item you buy and your satisfaction are guaranteed under the Wiring Depot 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
To request a return under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee; you must contact us by email at customerservice@wiringdepot.com. Then one of our customer care representatives will get back to you with an RGA (return good authorization) form and directions to send us your return. After the return has been received we will refund your product cost.
If you received an item, but the item was defective, damaged, or not the item depicted in our description, contact us by email and request either a refund or replacement.
